My nature-inspired ceramics are influenced by a childhood spent outdoors, the many skilled instructors I have studied under, and the amazing environments in which I've had the pleasure to live. My work is often identified by a signature red dot inspired by a pre-dawn sky during a special kayak trip. The dot, to others may suggest a red fish, a ladybug, or whatever else might be imagined.

Learn from a Master Potter with over 48 years of experience! Nancy is the resident potter at LeMoyne Arts, Tallahassee, FL and pleased to offer a new series of 8-week adult classes beginning on Monday, Sept. 18.

My small classes are designed to teach beginners and advanced students together. Over the years, I have found that the combination gives more depth to each class. I work outside the box, so if you have a particular piece you would like to make, I'll show you how. Beginners will either learn the wheel or how to make anything by hand-building.
